Slim Down Oil 3 oz - 2 sizes to choose from

Dry brush/mit for 10-15mins using downward motion - This helps to remove dead skin and get circulation going for better absorption.

Apply 2-3 drops of oil in the belly button and around the area you would like to reduce and allow it to be absorbed by tapping.

Place black osmotic wrap and wear 6 or more hours. If you have O-zem patches place first(make sure oil is well absorbed or it won't fully adhere)/waist trainer/contour wrap place on for increased results. Keep on 8hrs or more
