Do a PATCH test first to ensure no allergic reaction to the adhesive and/bandage. It does have some latex blended in the adhesive on the patch. Cut a piece off the patch and apply to the area that you will apply patch and leave on for at least 15mins. If no reaction then you are ok to move forward. Please disregard if you do.
Take measurement in 3 areas - Top of belly button abt 2 in, Middle of belly button and then bottom of belly button abt 2 in. Record initial measurements
* Dry Brush for 10-15mins using downward motions, pulling from the sides as well
* Mix Slim Down Oil(may feel a slight sensation, goes away- if to much dab with a cool towel ONLY) and LuxeTight Oil around area(s) of concentration, place 3 drops in bell button
*** Anything outside of the pad will need to be rubbed in well or adhesive won't stick
* Wrap yourself with the osometic wrap and a compression garment(can be an ace bandage)
* Keep on for a minimum of 8hrs.
* Remove wrap and patch, dab clean with a cool towel
* Remeasure
